Public Hearing #1 (5:29 PM): Please take Notice: that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Syracuse on the 10th Day of September, 2026 at 5:29 PM at the North Syracuse Community Center, 700 South Bay Rd., North Syracuse NY, to review the Village of North Syracuse’s Proposed Local Law #4 pertaining to revising the village’s parking fine schedule.

  1. Motion to Approve Local Law #4 – Updated Parking Fine Schedule
  2. Motion to Approve the Village of North Syracuse to declare itself eligible for NYS Pro Housing Grant
  3. Motion to Approve Codes Officer Larry Nestell to continue with the SUNY ReConnect program
  4. Motion to Approve the hire of a Part Time Codes official to assist with Codes Department
  5. Motion to Proceed with Resurfacing of Basketball Court at Centerville Park (Cost fully reimbursable by Grant from Onondaga County Legislator Ellen Block up to $14,000)
